Story of my life.....after sell...going up...congratulations to everyone that still holding...

The same guy that boosting how good he is in daily prediction..even keeps telling everyone how capital A and AAX would suffer big collapsed today. Mental problem.

The immigration extension I thought already announced more than a month ago? So the news about unable to renew online is true. Now everything back to biz. Again, myeg proven they have the ability to secure more new projects. Government revenue collector, myeg is getting back into biz. NIISE might be up soon if Iris still failed to do make any progress. Atleast their share price continue to indicate so.

The MCA guy tried renew on June 6. Myeg already got the extension on may 12th. Anyone tried renew their foreign workers lately before?

@gundabhai. Short term memory? When you scr**wing other people for talking bad about this counter. So do you hold any AAX or capital A? It's funny because atleast people like sslee is sharing facts and data. And you sharing "rumours" and your imagination?

Wait till zetrix performance review then we will see the direction of the share price. I believed China custom will be making it compulsory to use zetrix for any business that want to export things to China. With the system, tax leakage will be harder, and china custom would able to monitor better on the things being imported into the country.

Let's wait and see the next 1-2QR. As of now, the immigration will still provide Myeg with sustainable income. Iris share price might show they having problem completing the project.

The sudden dropped due to insider news that the big boss sold 150m shares @0.75. again, is via direct business transaction, not open market.

Biggest shareholder selling happened to many other shares. And it will cause the share decline. But not necessarily due to bad news. Happened to Singapore airlines too recently. Temasek sold worth of 400m shares. Does this mean Singapore Airlines would be doomed when temasek still holding 53.5%. if yes continuos selling would have happened.

Same goes to Myeg. Mr Wong still holding close to 29-30% shares. Did he continue to sell the shares? No. With the cash, the boss might be looking for more new projects for myeg. Even to develop the national blockchain would require big money.

AAX and capital a is a separate entity. Both engage different banks on their restructuring plan. So AAX could and would exit PN17 on the 28th regardless of capital a. It actually better and less complicated without Capital A involved.

There is no winner. Both still burning money. But people would still see the potential and invest. Just like how people buy grab shares.

For AA superapp, it's more to become one stop center for travellers. Trying to give people the perception that with just AA superapps, you can plan to go anywhere. Flight ticket, hotel, taxi, and even food delivery. Don't forget their big pay too. The vision is right, but we all know the superapp still lag behind other apps like grab, Agoda, traveloka, tng etc. Would there be someone willing to invest big and make the app great? Don't write off that. Because people will still travel by AirAsia, the low cost airlines. And there is where they could easily gain access to millions of consumer data.

No. I don't think there is any possibility of a merger between mas and AirAsia or Khazanah bailing AA. AirAsia will need to seek other investors like how they got the usd100m investment for the MRO biz. Their super app might able to pull in some investment considering grab valuation. I think there have been a brokedown in talks of new investor in AA phillipines and is part of the RP plan. Despite their denial, I think the talk didn't went well.

With Capital A seeking extension, AAX will likely proceed with plan for exiting PN17 on 28th July. AAX RP already done with the debt restructuring. Almost zero debts, with positive NTA. Maybe they will need to show 3 profitable QR. That is just a matter of time. Whether capital a got the extension or not, it really shouldn't impact AAX plan to get out of PN17. Capital A just buying time to get new investment and also wait for next QR in hope to get big profit would help a bit on their negative NTA.

Capital asked for extension but not AAX. Yesterday announcement did not say they asked for extension. They technically already out of PN17. Another big QR would give them atleast NTA of 70-90sen.

Anyway, all this just my assumption. we shall wait for the restructuring plan. It will be soon. I still expect some capital reduction in capital A.

After the pandemic, I can see the change in behaviour of people. People willing to spend more on travel and enjoy life. Even if economy slowing down, I expect people to continue travel with a lower budget. That would mean, picking the cheaper airlines. With this massive expansion, in house maintenance, AirAsia apps etc, it would come into play. That would allow them to have the advantage from the rest of the airlines.

I wish I could tell you. If you look at AAX, 99% of the 32B debts mainly from leasing agreements. I suspect that Capital 9B, probably only half is from their leasing agreement. Focus would be to wipe out the bigger amount from these 2 companies and it is easier for AAX to restructure as they only need to deal with Airbus as their biggest creditor. While airbus allow AAX to do that, they unlikely allow Tony to do it with 2 companies.

But still, to proceed with 362 new planes, that sound of confidence from Tony. No company on the brink would have done that. Airbus wouldn't have allow that to happen either.

You can't deny Tony is a tough negotiator. To wipe out 99% of the debts, mainly from leasing agreements, and now they back on expansion with new leasing agreement. How he could managed to negotiate such a deal is simply crazy. Based on reports, all these new leasing agreement would be at a better terms too than previous.

Basically they lease all these aircrafts.

The demand continue to go higher despite april-June known to be a slower month.

Capital A most profitable business is still their airlines. So AAX getting the airline business would be massive. Increasing from 7 aircrafts to 160+ and might hit 200+ aircraft by year end. That would allow AAX to capture the most profitable period in airlines biz. But would also be taking in capital A debts too. Based on some reports, the injection of airlines would not involved share issuance to capital A. Capital A even after injecting the airlines to AAX, would atleast undergo capital reduction, debt restructuring before they can get out of PN17. For AAX, the listing of AirAsia phillipines next year would allow them to reduce the debts. I expect AAX to gain massive interest once the restructuring done.

World Aviation stocks continue to rally. Summer holidays just around the corner. PP is the easiest and fastest way to get fund. With more funds, more planes to meet the demand. AAX as a long haul aviation stand to benefit more during summer holidays. Good move by Tony. If wasn't capital A issue, AAX would have gone way past rm2 by now.

Tmr. Tmr also technology stock should continue up. Hopefully MYEG too. After fed decision, hard to predict. A surprised increase in rate would send us stocks in free fall. But even if rate remain, there is chance us market would be in for a correction in near term

If you bet with expectation of good QR, then surely yes. Because they got no debts.. and long haul plane is very profitable now.

5B to Capital A? Does that even make any sense to you?

Technically he is correct. Capital A is in big trouble. And AAX is not. Capital will need restructuring before can be saved by AAX.

Tony will save both. AAX will take over the airlines. But surely AAX will not able to save capital a alone by issuing new shares Capital A will need restructuring and new investment. Both AAX and capital A will continue to raise new funds. PP placement by AAX. capital A already secured usd100m for it's MRO biz. Never write off the Tony. He survived the toughest period.

Talking about the restructuring, AAX would want to push the share price higher so that they won't need to issue so many shares to buy over the airlines from Capital A. Don't think Bursa would allow AAX to issue so many new shares in short time too.
