印尼亞航（IAA）及印尼亞航X（IAAX）合併料締造雙贏局面，分析員預見併購規模龐大，雖無太大股權收益，卻成功“險守”印尼市場。

亞洲航空集團（AirAsia Group）總執行長丹斯里東尼費南德斯透露，亞航即將組電子商務（e-commerce）臂膀，包括網購、社交遊戲及旅遊評論網。

　儘管亞航集團通過廉價航空業，成功改變了整個航空領域，不過東尼認為，該集團本質上是一間互聯網公司。

　他週二（29日）出席由亞洲數碼新聞網”舉辦，名為“What’s Next”的峰會上指出：“我們旨在通過構建領先的多元化投資組合，專注在全球電子商務品牌，成為亞洲最大和最賺錢的互動商貿公司。”

　“針對上述電子商務臂膀建議，著重在探索網購和社交遊戲，也計劃推出屬于亞航版本的TripAdvisor旅遊評論網站。”

　他說，集團將在對的時機透露相關詳情。

　他說，在他所涉及的業務中，網絡發揮取足輕重的角色，市場不少人士甚至認為，是他和亞航突破國內電子商務的障礙。再者，亞航不斷通過利用科技尋找方法，來改善客戶體驗。

　“我們努力提升亞航的科技。你在幾週前，可通過流動應用程序（apps），辦理登機手續（Check-In）。現在已能夠在家，打印登機牌（boarding pass）。我們正與擅長面部識別技術的創投公司合作，往后或能讓乘客直接登機。”

　“本質上來說，我們是互聯網公司。我們視公司為一個互聯網公司。我們具備強大的互聯網潛力。現在是個‘數據當道’的年代，數據將在集團旗下公司發揮重要作用。”

百盛控股（Parkson Holdings Bhd）的股价近期曾跌挫至9年以来的低位，今日因强劲买盘推动，股价大幅回弹。

百盛控股今日早盘一度飙升10仙或8.93%至1.22令吉。

早盘休市，该股涨幅收窄，扬9仙或8.04%，以1.21令吉暂收，成交量为570万9500股。

百盛控股的股价在9月2日曾跌挫至99.5仙的9年来新低。今年迄今，该股劲挫45.69%，远低于马股的表现，富时隆综指至今下跌8.42%。

安联投资银行抽佣经纪符之源表示，百盛控股股价近期回升，可能是公司大股东回购股票所致。

他指出，中国经济放缓，加上消费税（GST）在今年4月1日开跑，百盛控股的业绩表现也因此受拖累。

“或许，大股东回购股票可提高并加强投资者的信心。”

自8月起，百盛控股主席兼大股东丹斯里钟廷盛透过Amsteel Mills私人有限公司累积公司股票。目前，他间接持有百盛控股的59.86%股权。

肯纳格投资研究在今日的一项技术研究报告指出，技术图表显示百盛控股出现强劲买盘。

该券商指出，百盛控股的股价连续三日上涨，昨日（9月29日）收报于1.12令吉。目前，该股股价走势颠覆了之前6个月的跌势，成交量也大幅提升。

“因此，若市场进一步出现买盘，我们认为，该股股价短期内将走高至1.17令吉，即时支撑水平为99仙。”

AllianceDBS Research said the immediate support for AirAsia Bhd was at RM1.19 and that AirAsia had on Sept 29 traded lower to RM1.20 before closing at RM1.23 (down 4 sen or 3.15%).

In its evening edition yesterday, the research house said AirAsia continued to trade above the 20-day and 50-day moving average lines in the last 11 days.

“Following the down close on Sept 29, the stock is likely to test a lower level again with an immediate support at RM1.19.

“A fall below RM1.19 should see a further price decline to the subsequent support at RM1.08. The hurdle is at RM1.42.

“A rise above RM1.42 would lift the stock to the next resistance at RM1.50,” it said.

AllianceDBS Research said stock volume traded on Sept 29 was 47.8 million shares compared to the 3-month average volume of 44.1 million shares.

The research house said that indicators wise, the MACD was marginally above the 9-day moving average line with the buy signal remains intact.

It said the relative strength index indicated that the stock was currently in the neutral zone.

A surge in the volume of shares traded followed the announcement by Global Oriental Bhd (GOB) that it plans to sell a shopping mall in Subang Jaya to Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for RM488mil cash.

“Some investors might have bought into the stock in anticipation of a potential special dividend,” said a remisier, adding that the mall’s sale price was higher than GOB’s current market capitalisation of RM259.2mil.

The sale is expected to be completed by early next year.

The company, however, has dismissed the possibility of returning some money back to shareholders. It said the sale proceeds would be used to pay bank borrowings and for working capital.
