Now HSSEB order book is 738mil (excluding MRT3,ECRL,HSR,Pan Borneo HW) with total 500mil shares base ... HSSEB is undervalued at below 1.20 ... Price shld be at least 1.20 to 1.40 to reflect it's actual value ... very attractive price to buy now ...

Refineries profit margin is determines by crack spread, inventory gain/lost, operating efficiency(cost), supply/demand, currency etc ... Oil price up doesn't mean bad ... Oil price down doesn't mean good ...
