引入战略投资者 迪耐看好跨界发展

（吉隆坡10日讯）配合收购半导体企业矽佳大马（Silterra）的计划，迪耐（DNEX，4456， 主要板科技）指出，透过私下配售30%股权，公司可引入新的战略投资者，以便为旗下核心业务增值，并推动公司长远成长。

迪耐董事经理拿督斯里赛再纳阿比丁接受《中国报》电访时指出，与新的战略投资者合作，可让公司有机会实现业务上的“跨界”发展，长远而言将惠及小股东。

“我们目前在评估哪个投资者能为迪耐带来最好的价值主张，完成洽谈后肯定会做出必要的公布。”

该公司上周获股东同意，私下配售相等于30%股本的股权予第三方投资者。该公司表明，配售活动将涉及发行新股，但目前暂未公布发行价格。

半导体行业向好

赛再纳阿比丁透露，完成私下配售后，公司股本将增至38亿股；除了提高股票流通性，也能让公司加速发展核心业务，包括贸易便利化、系统集成与咨询、能源、电讯与技术等。

“透过更广泛的股本，可吸引更多机构和个人投资者的投资；预计每股净资产可从2019年12月底的0.27美分（约1.11令吉），最高上涨至0.42美分（约1.73令吉）。”

他说，对比向传统银行借贷，私下配售可让公司在不产生利息成本下筹集额外资金，而且估计将大幅降低资产负债率，即从2019年底的0.14倍降至0.04倍。

至于私下配售所得收益，将作为收购矽佳大马的部分资金，也会用于投资任何合适的潜在业务，以及日常营运资金。

赛再纳阿比丁指出，这次与北京集成电路先进制造及该段设备证券投资基金中心（CGP基金）合作收购矽佳大马，将有助于引入国际技术企业的成熟生态系统，培育本地的市场发展。

他称，完成收购矽佳大马后，公司将推动其转型计划，包括提高工厂的利用率、进行成本优化和扩大市场准入（Market Access）。

“半导体行业的前景向好，预计市场需求将持续增长至2024年，相信可为公司和矽佳大马带来持续性收益。”

增持油气业务时机佳

迪耐今年1月宣布，以7800万美元（约3亿2100万令吉）收购Ping石油有限公司未持有的60%股份，即从原有的30%股权增至90%。

随著布兰特原油价格持续走高，目前交易水平维持在每桶60美元（约237令吉）以上，再纳阿比丁认为，增持Ping石油的股份是个“好兆头”。

他说，上述收购是项可靠的投资，因该公司一直保持盈利，具有营运现金流且无债务及资产负债表强劲。

“增持股份可让迪耐巩固在Ping石油的贡献，并拥有更大的控制权，从而有机会获得更多石油和天然气储备。”

“Ping石油对Anasuria油田持有50%的实际权益，接下来我们将积极拓展其开发潜力，并强化其资产组合的经济价值，包括改造现有油井，以提高产量。”

他认为，全球石油和天然气行业正面临重大转型计划，因为许多主要国际企业将逐步减少已成熟的石油资产，以降低碳足迹。

迪耐亦从中发掘收购机会，短期内有意收购位于英国及东南亚地区与Anasuria油田群类似的资产。

@Trevor777 ... Which part of me is against arithmetic n trading like "uncles and aunties" ? ... A wise investor shld be farsighted, whereas a short term traders mostly shortsighted ... That's why many investors bought at much lower price at around 0.20, subsequently add more at 0.30 til as high as 1.05 n still holding for mid to long term ...

When there are so many good prospects in the pipelines, more investors will buy at 0.90, 1.00, 2.00 or even higher ... Our focus is not in the number of Warrants, ESOS or PP but the actual progress of the biz expansions ...
