BullBear has his points, however, the fact is that airline business is slowing down as some friends said they will cancel or postpone their travelling as much as possible this year due to fear.

BullBear, Airasia will do well eventually, with its aggressive move to cut cost and create more regional hubs to boost revenues. Save cost=higher profit margin, more sales=higher profit margin, strong management=higher profit margin, strong brand image=higher profit margin, and most importantly, strong support from investors=sure win! hehehehe

Maybe the buy call is for long term, say 2 years. There is nothing wrong for a merchant bank to give such a Buy call, it is for fundamental investors.

Automotive parts will only be on greater demand when the automobile industry start picking up. Now proton sales is much affected, will see if good to enter in the next half of the year.

As I mentioned earlier, SCH is fundamentally strong and stable company. Do not overly worry about sudden price drop as it will not likely to happen. For example, market is volatile today, SCH stood strong with a good closing. Have faith in this counter.

Have you read the report "Riding on Construction Boom" published recently? y-o-y growth minimum 10.5%, low net gearing and price considered stable for more than a month now. Keep it and wait for some good news to come, unless you feel like cutting loss for other high-flying counters.

But be extra cautious Uncle Maldives, that is how the word "Mayday" comes from. Perhaps I am wrong...hehehe...just guess

After serious consideration about it last whole nite, I think this counter is not worth my time and money as it is for very very long term investors. Risk is high, too. I am waiting for the next good Q result and wait for this cash cow to fly high. If you look at their profits over the years, they're stable and growing. Net gearing is super low, that shows they have lots of opportunities to grow further. An undiscovered diamond....but trade at own risk!

Although I am a new boy here, I know for sure SCH is a fast growth company as their nature of business in Malaysia is niche in the industry. So, price will only go up, but not counter way.
