L&G is a volatile stock. There are many fund managers inside top30 shareholdings. When fund start selling in large qty, price will drop a lot.


L&G is small player in property for now(and possibly future). You can stuck very long.

Mayland is a developer with hit&miss reputation. Some of their property (esp serviced apt) have quality issues.
