Ks55, interest is base on progressive payment. So as mentioned by Rajuan, they only pay interest by stage of the progress when the bank disburse

Thanks Mr Rajuan Singh. These ppl don't understand loans and term loans that's the problem. I also understand now E&O_turboblast meant in his options in pt4.
I can relate the story now because I also took loan of 700k for my house and my income is 10k per month. The banks now take net income to work the loan. So for E&O target revenue of 173M vs loan of RM1B no difference with my loan in terms of gross income over loan.
Be more responsible in making statement like bankrupt because it show on you understanding
