You really need to understand the different level of auditor opinion expressed in AR.
In SD case, Nexia signs off without complete audit documents and information.
They have no attached legal liability.
You believe SD, u buy. When accounts is proven to be fake, u can’t sue Nexia.

Court of Appeal will throw out the case. No merit to hear this case.
If SD is successful in getting the appeal heard in court.. I will go and borrow from the bank, dont even bother to pay back.. and wait for legal action.. Since I know court will hear this case..
