So, 20cents + 20cents (water meter business) equal to 40cents EPS per year. with PE of 10 then the Tp will be 4.0...by book in the uncertain economy situation, we take PE ration at 8.0x so reasonable Tp will be at 3.20 provided LRT3 project going smoothly and Najib stay as PM until 2025.

If you look at the Q buy volume, it is always high recently....if someone want to disposal it in big volume, it may not sell in one big shoot, because it is too obvious and will scare all the retail buyer. Only those ho want ot make retail holder panic sell will make one big shoot sell (like yesterday) and actually keep buying back at lower price.

beginner01, be careful for Huayang, bonus 3:1...but currently it is no power to give dividend. borowwing too high, quarterly sells not good. Existing unbill-sale (430mil) only able to sustain for 3-5 quarter revenue provided every quarter need with new sells of 50mil. No good in near term T_T.

Beginner01, the bonus issues is not a new thing already, already state in last Q report. So for those rush-in to buy today just because of the annoument yesterday, it will be value trap. I'm not saying HUAYANG not good, but at this moment properties sector still in cold storage, you may need to hold for 1-2 year for next round booming. I also hold some of Huayang share. It is my first earn big money share in year 2011-2013... i hope to see it's shining again in future. But currently it's liability is a matter...real big matter. Hope Mr Ho cant solve it and drive this boat in safe.

Recently, Hevea trade vol & trasc increase, price not much increase...mean that someone (big fish) is collecting. Retail shareholder is the seller.....game is begin... but dead fish still dead fish. hehehhe...plan to unload some if price reach 1.30, 1.40, 1.50, ....bal keep for retirement.

Bonus issues only affect Mr. Market performance on price but not the value. If value increasing (EPS increase due to good business and LRT3 contribution) then the share price will be just slide on butter.
