Hunter2016, sound like you got opinion that Homeriz will gp opposite way of raise, can share your view here. I said it will raise just based on FA view of annual EPS of 10sen with PE=10, it's TP should be 1.00 with dividend yield of 4.0%.

007, good point. I try to plot the project into timeline, so based on the overlaping in progress project, it look like current and the next quarter will be the most busy period for EconBhd provided the 208mil value project kick-in. Hope Econbhd go to get more project soon.

007, book order is the total project value on hand, some of the project only complete in 2017/2018. some project will be complete in current year. so sustaning for the high EPS >5cents is the matter. No new project bagging will not provide high EPS in long term.

In my view, based on the project-on-hand, Econbhd will be more busy time in this and next quarter, and it is estimated EPS about 5-6cents in current and next quarter which is already book-in the 200mil++ lastest project. So if EconBhd not getting new contract/project within this year, it's EPS will be become weak after next quarter. Correct me if i'm wrong.... For TP of 2.50, mean that quarterly EPS need to be 7cents to make PE ration below 10. So based on FA, I not confidence can reach 2.50 but may reach around 1.50 in short term (3-6month).

I wait Hevea at 1.21, long term should be good.

KingKongsi, the dividend 6cents will be calculate based on your holding share qty. example if you hold 1000unit share, so you entitle to get 0.06*1000= RM60 of dividend. the dividend only entitle to you after the ex date (pls check the dividend ex date through bursa malaysia website). and the $$ will only paid to you (through banking or cheque) during pay date.

I think currently hanging at around 1.85 is good enough. Target 2.00 at the end of the year. This MFCB can consider as non-active stock, but it's stability always remain. Hope Dongshang project bring a lot of profit and increase the dividend yield in near future.
