My view is the share-market in Malaysia is different as compared to US. Malaysia stock more stable in term of price fluctuation. The buyers in Bursa are more to long term invest, so the capital gain is the most important, but it will be boots up by given higher dividend.

Hevea perform good in 2013, hope dividend coming soon...

I think i will study Wingtai too.

kk123, wingtai got great EPS>30sen in 2012, PE=7.
Padini got PE of 13, but the dividend yield is better than wingtai.
And, Padini is in net cash condition.

YiStock, there is always some people get angry when their loss money in stock market. Most of them buying stock buy following the market bull/bear. They seldom/never study the company's profile, so their dont know what their have bought.
When the stock price down, some people always ask other to sell more as for them to collect, this kind of people just un-directly show-off their voice --> that thier actually disappointed about the price dropping.
As for those the real investor, i think they never/seldom show-off their mind, they will only talk about the company's performance but never ask other people to sell or buy.

I will not said Instaco is a bad company, but i never bought any of it. Because i more like to have stable dividend....

Better buy Tambun, more cheap, more lanbank, more cash, more project in pipeline.

based on my experince, the price will be going down for having lower right-issues share price, when the right issues price coming out, the price will be goinf up for ensure all share holder subscribe for the rights. After the rights Ex-date, the price will be stable and going down slowly due to profit taking by those big boss. As for referance can refer to previous cases like Huayang (pivate placement), Ivory (right issues), UOADev (DRS), SBCCorp (current in progress)...
