New acquire business for RM 311m with sustain net profit 35m, PE 8.6x, give KPS earning accretive

What i gathered so far?

Base on the figures, I feel the acquisition is not bad

KPS paid =311. 25m
Toyoplas net profit =36.2m
Net profit margin = 11.6%

What KPS said?
1. Toyoplas consistent past financial performance is expected to generate sustainable return for kps

2. An opportunity to expand its manufacturing sector

What is my comment?
Got expansion is better than no expansion and moreover the expansion is expected to come with a sustainable 11.6 net income return which is very much higher than the financial cost
