1. common sense tells me , Jaks only need to hit 64 cent for the warrant to trade above 25 cent . My mathematics tells me it is high probability Jaks will hit 64 before the warrant is listed in the market
why 64 not 89 ? I leave it to the market to tell you, be patient , just a few more day you will see it happens.

2. Since there is no underwriter for the right issues, Dk66 argument is logical and make sense, no one is that stupid to subscribe 25cents today and sell to you at 15cents tomorrow
If he is that weak, what the hell he subscribed in the first place


DK66: Initial proposal indicated that there will be no underwriter. However, when the circular to shareholders mentioned that it may procure underwriters, I presumed that jaks warrants will be underwritten. Finally, when the prospectus came out, NO underwriters was sought
