I start to get cold feet in this counter. Construction cost duke 3 about 3.5b. Total loan for duke around 4.5b. U think toll collection can cover debt payment over 20 yrs; 80m yearly then 150m

with such a market sentiment when the greatest sifu here also can not make money , there is nothing for you to shout
