the only way for this counter to go up is management to cancel the consolidation proposal. Certainly it will immediately go back to 8c at least upon cancellation pf this multiple proposal.

Management is good on how to suck the money from shareholders including retailers legally..they issued PP, SIS, ESOS after one to another, and now to consolidate shares and asking shareholders to subscribe to the rights- issue with some amount of money at the price TBD. All these exercises is to take the money legally. Whoever got trapped at higher price no choice to subscribe to the rights-issue as they were to sell mean they will have to bear the losses.

looks like panic selling today, why?....price range also big and today is the 6th day this counter down from 5.73 to today as low as 4.50 for RM1.23 diff. That big drop for such a strong QR result!

I already told to liquidate at the price 0.05/0.05, semua so called promoter DGB keep condemning me, that don’t panic, director, big shark keep collecting bla bla bla. For the fact they actually throwing n small traders n retailers keep buying for not knowing the implication of this proposal which I also shared my experience.

Statisctic Today is like this :

People Buying at Seller Price 0.045 = 5,341,400
People Buying at Seller Price 0.040 = 3,370,500
People selling at Buyer Price 0.040 = 58,734,100
People selling at Buyer Price 0.035 = 1,026,700

Total Volume transacted today : 68,472,700

So, in conclusion people throwing more than accumulate or collecting!
One more thing, the support level at 0.045 broken today as the price closed at 0.04c.

I have liquidated my position at 0.055 and 0.05, million of my shares knowing this not gonna benefits me with this Multiple-Proposal announcement. My anticipation is absolutely correct looking to the price and the volume or selling pressure. Waiting to come back at the lower price if it is going to that level for short term gain. Definitely I m not going to subscribe to the rights. Be alert of announcement when the SC approval obtained. It will certainly will go down and stagnant until ex-date. Cheers!

I just share my experience, what I encountered of this type of proposal which will not benefits traders/shareholders much. Irrespective which sector and you hv to come out another fund to subscribe to the rights hoping that this will cover you losses on the mother shares. The listed price for mother share will not be times 10 as what illustrated in the proposal. It may be higher from the last ex-date price due to volume become smaller, definitely not x10, however it be lower again when the rights join the mother. This legal scammer or way of getting the fund from shareholders who got trapped by this game.

I m waiting to go back it goes to it touches 2.5-3c, safest price. This forum for anybody, good or bad to share, minimise loses, maximise profit not just listen to all good news or listen to only promoter.

Trust me it will not as formulated in the announcement. I have expetience in ICON for similar proposal. You can refer to ICON announcement what is illustrated, and what is the price when it got listed after ex-date. I hv million of shares in ICON and continue to keep trusting that the price will go according what is formulated in the announcement. Unfortunately cried at the end.

Bear in mind to lose your capital, the selling price will not be times ten of the last closing price on ex-date as formulated in the proposal, get ready with extra money to collect right-issue. One to Six after consolidated and later right will join the mother shares where the money will further get the price reduced. Do not get trapped!.... ESOS after ESOS issued Private Placement, SIS, after SIS to get the money. Finally, consolidated to get more funds? The fund is only to pay salary and to buy Vending Machine..ha ha ha......I also get cheated with all the good news which all part of the game to trap the retailers!.... Good Luck guys...

If you buy 100,000 at 0.05, costs RM5000. Later become 10,000 shares upon consolidation. Theoretically, the price should be 0.50c for the fact that it will not be like that based on ICON experience. It will perhaps around 0.12 - 0.15 which your capital reduced by 70%. You only hope the right-issue that you have to pay separately (adding to your investment capital) to go up with a free warrant to offset your loss. The tendency to have losses is higher than the profit, even that, you have to wait years to come back to the green. Even ICON now the price only 0.13, where the right-issue issued at price 0.105 (which later becomes mother shares). It used to go down to 0.035 after all consolidation exercise completed. Everybody scratches their head at that time. The decision is yours...Just share my 1c experience with ICON which causing me bleeding badly..Psychologically I do not want to through the same bad experience again.BYE BYE DGB after nearly one year with the game...sadly now I have to leave!

In ICON they consolidated 50:1 when the last price 0.035, where it supposed 0.035X50=1.75 but it got listed at 0.39c ONLY...everybody bleeding. Later you also cannot sell your right during the cooling period if you wish not to collect for the right alloted to you. Counter has been designated preventing you to sell, end-up you have to look for the fund to collect. This the legal way to get the money from shareholders or rather "Legal Scammers"...ESOS, SIS, PP finally consolidated issue free warrant and asking money to subscribe to right issue....Warrant is just sweetener...ALL RUBBISH....BYE BYE I have liquidated all my million of shares...and coming back when it reach 0.02c. Do not expect this counter to go up 2c in a day, even 1c up need to have a 500mil volume transacted. After going up 1c it will take a rest for a minimum of 2 weeks, however, to go down easy, volume less than 100mil also it can go down 2c. a lot of patience needed ha ha ha

The price has to be pushed higher to get a better deal for PP price, else the company will not get many benefits of exercising the PP if the price goes back to 0.02c.

btw, I confuse with the volume that acquired by Mr Tan Sik Eek as announced, is that 1,000,000 shares equivalent to 1000 lots (based on old lot count) which cost only RM55k. While the total volume transacted at the price of 0.055c today is 362mil shares (buy price 106mil and selling price 256mil). If 1mil only acquired, it is nothing, then who acquired so much volume?

logically every director will not pump money to lose. He will be accumulating until reach his target. Upon that, the price will be pushed just like what happened to IRIS where the director starts to accumulate at the price of 12.5c for a very long period, few months!...and now the price reached as high as 44c. I hope DGB will follow the same trend, the only worrying part how long it will be like this? 1 month? 2 Months? whether we patient enough to wait? Do we have holding power?..????
