Why would shareholders take this option of 0.0275cents since they can get at 0.025cents or even 0.02cents at the open market?

I m really puzzle with this counter, who is actually selling at 0.025 with daily huge volume, are they making money by throwing at this price? what price do they purchase? all volume that transacted at 0.02 cents supposedly now has been exhausted for more than 2-month selling pressure at 0.02 and 0.025 daily for in nearly 3 months, or they are throwing for cutting loss?

Typical DGB, 22mil buyer queued at 0.025, within a few minutes all dumped. It is more than two months at this price, DGB will go 0.20cents? yes, only in the dream.

With the extension of Quarterly report to 30Jun20, it will dragged further the stagnancy of this counter

That is what I said I will enter again when the big shark clearing their own stock at the seller q. Otherwise do not waste your time and money stuck there for ages. Use your money wisely to other counters which more potential for short term gain. This counter truly manipulated. Let them play among them only, we retailers better stay away.

Bye bye DGB just liquidating position, no point to wait this going to be dead counter. It has been more two months since 23Mar, it has been drop to 2cents with KLCI 1200++ at that time. Now index is already 1400++. It still 2cents, and continue to be 2 cents until end of 2020.

This is another useless counter. As good as PN17 counter, even PN17 could have been better!

Perhaps DGB will only move to 0.04 when KLCI move 2000 point and when all other counters already reached their limit up if it still exists. Else it will be dangling between 2-3cents. Total share in the market is 834 million and for the past 1 months, the price transacted at 0.02cents accumulated volume is more than market capital already. Jerung already has enough if it is really wanted to push up further. So if you got a chance to quit, better quit, there is no hope to this counter. It is a big liar. When market up, it will never go up, if lucky it is closed unchanged. When then market down, it will certainly go down. It is really useless counter I am ever seen.

Person who wanted to subscribe will think what they will get at the end of the day. Certainly we all not running charity agency we not the one to donate to the company and get nothing. It must be win win situation not only company will win. If the price at the open market lower me personnaly won't subscribe as there is incentive at all. With cheaper cost I get same volume of shares, why must I go for higher price?

What is the use of subscribing to this offer if you can get at 0.02 cents at the open market? Unless they push the price higher then worth to take this offer. Otherwise better forget, let director only to subscribe.

DGB will 2020 with 0.02 or 0.025. If lucky 0.015..ha ha ha. Do not expect anything on this counter. FY Report will bring the price further down. Better switch to another counter

it will add as stated in the announcement. Certainly, those employees who subscribe to the ESOS will willing to sell their shares once the price goes up. I am not sure there will be an agreement for them to hold for a certain period, even that it is there, it just a matter of deferring the selling time.

Sincerely I put less hope to this counter, only miracle can change, else better switch to other counter.

Counter like IRIS, GLOTEC, ICON, ALAM, GDB, JHM, BINACOM and many more have gone back to the price before the market crash to 1200+ points

The majority of other counters have been recovered from a sharp fall on COVID issues at least recovered 80% of the price where they started went down. This counter still remains sleeping. If the follow the market trend, it should at least 5-6 cents now.
