60% own Duke1 & 2 worth RM2 bil
100% SPE worth RM3.8 bil
Total bond RM5.8bil

So obviously high debt is due from constructing of Duke1&2 and SPE highway.
These 2 highways can continuously generate cash flow to the company.

Once SPE has enough traffic volume support, they might go for listing Duke+SPE. Therefore, you can enjoy the special dividend from its. Do the math urself for the valuation.
