Aluminum price increases 15-25% per quarter in this latest 3 quarter(From May-July2020, Aug-Oct2020-Nov2020-Jan2021)

In comparison for the same period, LBALUM, earning per share,EPS was consistently growing up in every 3 latest quarter i.e 1.74cent, 3.76cent & 5.99cent respectively.

From Feb -May2021, Aluminum price is increased from RM1964 to RM2420. Therefore, the upcoming EPS will increase as well.
LBALUM -Expected upcoming Feb-May2021 EPS is 8.5-9.5cent.

LBALUM share prices should be at least RM1.60 in JUNE2021.

Too many good prospects for this MMC. The only action is flying high now.

Broke 2 resistances and largest volumes since end of February. LIONPSIM has successfully attracted new buyers due to uptrending steel price. With NAV RM3.15, Lionpsim can reach RM1.00.

Astino breaks RM1.50 target decisively today.

Let it closes above RM1.25 today. RM1.60 in June.

Financially, Lionpsim is much more better than Lionind. Lionpsim is never losing money since year 2017. Now, Net asset per share is RM3.15. Due to high inventory of steel and other hardwares, Lionpsim profit is promising very good. In fact, the target of RM1.00 is still really low. I bet it will fly more than RM1.00.

RCPS drags down the price of KPPROP even the prospect is good.

Previously never notice KPPROP's RCPS. This makes calculation becoming totally different.

After do google and study the KPPROP RCPS for 2 hours. Still got some doubts about this RCPS. The info that can confirm is such:

1. According to news in August 2019, Total RCPS are issued : 1,574,060,000. (Each RCPS = 17 cent). In 2021, 5 RCPS = 1 KPPROP share. 5RCPS = 85 cent.
2. So far, known RCPS converted to KPPROP shares:
a) 26 Feb2021- 300,000,000 RCPS are converted to 60,000,000 KPPROP shares.
b) 13 Apr2021- 250,000,000 RCPS are converted to 50,000,000 KPPROP shares.


Doubt? How many RCPS left can be converted to KPPROP shares?
Maximum KPPROP share scenario: 1,574,060,000-300m-250m =1,024,060,000 RCPS or 204,812,000 KPPROP shares. Each KPPROP share cost the holder 85cent.
Minimum scenario: All RCPS are already converted to KPPROP shares(best condition)

Now, the known total number of issued shares of KPPROP are 400,142,339(included the private placement of 90,000,000 cost RM1.13 per share on 02March2021). Due to uncertain about the remaining RCPS, just calculate the best condition that suppose no more RCPS can be converted to KPPROP shares.

Due to significant increase in KPPROP shares to 400,142,339, the earning per share will be diluted accordingly. Let say the profit remained the same as the latest financial result(31DEC2020), the profit after tax is RM22,209,000 with earning per share is 11.22cent on 31Dec2020.

Now, earning per share,EPS= 22,209,000/400,142,339=5.55cent only.
Besides, the Net asset per share will be reduced significantly too, no more RM1.79 as declared in 31Dec2020.

Maybe someone can help to answer how many RCPS left that can be converted to KPPROP shares?

LBALUM retained profit of RM189 million will be even higher in the upcoming quarter.

It is highly possible to reach RM1.6 in 2 months time esp the upcoming financial quarterly result.

ALCOM didn't make any profit from its latest quarterly result from Aluminium business. Actual profit from property. Moreover, Alcom only made profit one time only in one year in its latest quarterly result.
LBALUM made profits in its latest 3 quarterly financial result and the profits increases consecutively purely from Aluminium business as such:

Profit margin was consistently growing up in every 3 quarter i.e 3.84%, 7.44% & 10.36% respectively.
Earning per share,EPS was consistently growing up in every 3 quarter i.e 1.74cent, 3.76cent & 5.99cent respectively.

LBALUM aluminium revenue came from import & export for its 3 latest quarterly result;
Export RM139.1 million (36.4%)
Local RM243.2 million (63.6%)

Just don't understand, Uncle Koon used his comparison method to prove ALCOM profit is better than LBALUM in Aluminium business???

In conclusion, you should choose LBALUM over ALCOM if you have interested in Aluminium business during this uptrending ALUMINIUM price.

I have been waiting @ RM1.06 for 2 weeks.

LBALUM got a lot of inventory. As aluminium increase, selling price also increase. Also, LBALUM is the largest ALUMINIUM extrusion company in Malaysia, already ordered raw aluminium at least few months ago esp customers booking order(PO) are made.

This same as steel companies. Make fantastic profit during steel price increases significantly.

This time, steel price goes even than 20 days ago. Many steel counters has spiked up more than 10% this week. Lionind goes up with high volume, Lionpsim will follow soon.

MMC share has plenty of spaces to fly. Easy to find MMC got a lot good & hidden values e.g. many low valuation lands, current fantastic port business, potential ports IPO & etc.

How come no more nice guys want to dump the LBALUM shares?

ALCOM didn't make any profit from its latest quarterly result from Aluminium business. Actual profit from property. But, people just look at the EPS only. Anyway, Part of the Alcom revenue come from Aluminium business. Alcom might obtain profit in next quarterly financial result from Aluminium.

Be careful, I suspect those ask you to sell Lbalum bcs they want to collect your shares at very cheaper price. I am waiting for RM1.06, so far haven't even my turn yet.

The accumulation is very obvious, the smart cash are still flowing in. If abandoned case, the transaction volume is just around 200k-2 million(before 29March) for LBALUM, but from 29March2021 to today the transaction still more than 5 millions. Today at least more than 10million share. Lbalum is not the penny stock.

Just one day correction this Thursday. Price up 1cent yesterday. The price should be moving up next week.

Why so scare? price correction is normal. I never sell any share but bought @ RM1.18 today. Aluminium price is still uptrend. Anyway, just sold the Comfort share.

If you want to buy a aluminium/steel company share but its latest quarterly result was losing money, just stay away first until making profit. Need not to take the risk. Use steady way to earn money is better than trying the losing one.

Hidden investors quietly bought a lot of shares from 1.20-1.24.

Volume was increased from 16.04 million(yesterday) to 17.6million today. Share price dropped 5 cents from 1.30 to 1.25 yesterday. But share price is same @ 1.25 today. Obviously, the hidden investors wanted to thank you those sellers today. Bought rate was 53%.

SCIB prices go down due to announcement of private placement. Private placement will normally give 10-15% discount for the directors or its associate. This result will usually make the share down by 5-8%.
But the good news is the SCIB directors also bought the shares at open market and never dispose it. Another good news is the private fund will use to execute the new project. Order book is RM2.4billion now. Year end target order book is RM3.0billion. Can consider to buy if below RM1.65.

Obvious slowly systematic accumulation.
