I had followed L&G few yr back when Mayland emerged as a substance shareholders the last RI few yr back. Mayland have been increasing the shareholding till now.. I had make $ since last RI.. this round, I believe the same.. b patient ..

In this soft property market, I like L&G for it net cash position RM500 mil , no gearing and land located in Klang valley .. once property market come, it can launch it project very fast.. low gearing is its advantage in the soft property market ..
