Read the report la, the revenue for this quarter is only 177m? While for previous quarterssss all 1bil except last quarter 799mil. But last quarter 799Mil only have 42mil losses, now revenue is 177m, but losses is 290mil. Obviously,it's manipulation of accounting purposes la.

Anyway, the sales can be Brought forward later for next quarters.

Again, they also can avoid paying the prosperous taxes this year by giving losses.

As expected, SD will come out a worst QR (by manipulating accounting purposes), ,just to avoid public retailers and external funders to buy in this stock.,and also encourage shorties to keep shorting (fallen into trap).

Now NTA is 0.71, compared to previous 0.80. (don't forget the originally is 1.04, as Nexia as auditor not yet confirmed and verified the overseas inventories etc, so temporarily remained as 0.80,and minus off this quarter "so called losses",then left now 0.71.

Actually they can manipulate the accounts by carrying forward the company expenses etc, impairment,then it will lead to this quarter losses.

Court between (Bursa against SD) decision be made on 7 February 2022, it is believed that court decision will favour to Bursa, and will be announced on 8 February 2022. But the court decision (SD against Bursa) will be on 10 February. And it will be announced on 11 February. So, it is believed that 9 February can resume trading, then shorties will try their last resort to press the price further. That's the time good for collections

The court case decision will be made (Bursa against SD) today, to compel SD to release the FFU. However, the decision of court (SD against Bursa) will be on 10 February to stop Bursa from forcing SD to announce FFU. Do you guys all see this is actually a wayang by them?

Fundamentally, latest audited by Nexia, Malaysia assets had been verified and it's proven genuine, only pending for foreign assets to be verified further. Therefore, temporary the Nett asset per share is 0.80, while compared to originally 1.03 per share. Means The balance 0.203 (foreign assets) is still on process of verification by Nexia. Thus, Nexia has made a statement disclaimer of opinion, causing SD to be under PN17.
