Why only now those higher management and Karim being charged by SC?

You all should be alert that, in Malaysia criminal practice, deputy public prosecutor will only charge the suspects upon they gathered the strong evidence against the suspects.

**But, the normal procedures before they obtaining all this strong evidence, the SC needs to detain the suspects for at least 24 hours for further investigation and statements, and can apply for remand for another 48hours if needed. But there is no detainment, why? But SC only went to SD office on June 2021 then to "Rampas" all the so called strong papers as evidence? But only after 6 months then only start charging them? What a funny drama, this drama can only cheat all the ignorant investors, but couldn't be able to deceive the experienced smart investors like coldeye sifu and KYY.

And the funny part is deputy public prosecutor charged them first, then only asked karim to assist in investigation with investigating officer? If for those who have common Sense, also will know after full investigation first, then with strong evidence against the suspects then only will charge them for Criminal offense, but why SC still need the suspects to assist in investigation again while DPP already charged them?

Why this charging By SC only by this week? Why not last week? Why not last month? Why not last two months?

And those naysayers here already mentioned many times, tangkap karim, innocent until proven guilty etc...

Seems like they already know what action they going to take to against SD already....

Regarding the yesterday SC charging SD high management and warrant to catch karim, why only now?? The timing is quite suspicious, after 7 months, now only take action?

Bear in mind that, shorties have already shorted quite substantial amount of shares of SD, definitely they won't allow SD price to surge.

Nonsense, you all please read the two years quarter report cash flow statement, it's still very healthy, you all can check from previous two years till now, it has been steadily performed, the only issue is the balance sheets cash reserves decreasing quarters by quarters, but actually all these are manipulation of accounting purposes, it can be rectified one.

The default of Bond means SD got financial issues? Nonsense,it's SD wayang to attract shorties to come in and short again, and weak holders to have panic sells.

If really got cash flow issues, why karim still said wanted to have own satellite and will fork out 10m++ by second quarter next year.

This SD is very similar to last time AirAsia (fake accounting issues), then AA plumped from 1.70 dropped to 0.50 at year 2015. Please check back the history la, then once resolved, back to 2.0.

And Armada when 0.15-0.20, always got many FAKE negative news, but eventually up to 0.50++
