Supermax has been increase more 400% to date, with 11b market cap, for me, 150 million profit not enough. atleast RM200mil or more next QR.

Let me outline some mistake in his calculation. He say the increase in price is from RM6-RM10 which is RM4. This RM4 is buta2 increase in profit if the cost remained. Thus correct calculation for his RM4x600platesx350 days = RM801k. Plus existing profit RM210k. become 1 million already. Thus its more reasonable.

Key point to remember is the increase in price is not because they improve the product, but because demand increase. So the increase can simply add to the profit assuming the cost is remained.

Given the case of glove company, TG revenue is RM 4.8 billion last year, if the price is up by RM30% conservatively, thus the profit TG would have is a whopping, RM1.44 billion plus exsiinh profit of RM500 million.

Can you imagine if the price add by 100% atleast this one cycle year. and cost reduce due to economies of scale.
