I think temporary sell down will take place due to bad sentiment as ppl claimed that the directors are buddy of jib but there no solid prove on their relationship. For ppl who say will limit down, i think is overact. In businessman's perspective, sometimes create a good relationship with current govt is better to oppose them, in Chinese proverbs "识时务者为俊杰", and these principle also applies to many companies in world from the past till today. Anyway, i think Gkent can manage relationship well with the new government too.

In additional, for FA, the company have a healthy cashflow and 5.6b order book, it should be no problem to sustain their revenue for at least next 3 years, despite PH said will review all the mega contracts but doesnt mean it will cancel the contract, and i think it unlikely will affect on the on-going and planned project (if halfway to cancel, it will be more financial damages to govt), the high chance may be lower the profit margin only. furthermore, for ppl who said no more contracts will be won by gkent in future, i disagreed with this as PH's want open and fair tender for all govt contracts, and i think all ppl will have a equal chance to win the contracts as long as the company/bidder have the capabilities with right pricing. Recently, the company have jv with international companies like Siemens, Alstom, Italian State Railways (ISR) for HSR right? do u think the international companies will cooperate with the company which is poor financially, poor capabilities, and only have good relationship with govt?

I think ppl overact on the crack spread, crack spread only one of the general reference to determine the profitability but may not 100% accurate, there are many more other factors to determine the profit, if crack spread really 100% to determine the profitability of the company, why many sifus will miss the forecast on the last qr profit?? Just wonder when petornm announced record profit in Q42016, what is the crack spread for that period?
