据消息来源指出，公司将把持有90%的石油公司，脱售给管理层，转向成为一家纯半导体公司。

根据财经周刊《The Edge》报道，按照熟悉该公司的消息人士透露，迪耐执行董事兼Ping石油原任董事经理再纳尔阿比丁加里尔，正向公司提议收购Ping石油股权。

消息人士称，迪耐目前兴许会将业务完成转成纯半导体公司。

消息人士续指，买卖双方依旧在商讨细节，尤其是收购价格方面。

据了解，迪耐有意将股权脱售价格定在2亿3000万美元（约10亿2000万令吉）。

不过，在公司的季度报告中点出，Ping石油的估值可能会受到英国高税收的影响。

尽管如此，再纳尔阿比丁加里尔拒绝就此事作出回应。

值得注意的是，这并不是迪耐首次有意套现Ping石油股权，在2019年中期，公司就有意以2亿5000万令吉的价格，脱售最少30%的股权。

不过，计划在后期被公司中止，而公司更是在2021年7月，收购Ping石油另外60%的股权，手握股权来到90%。
