SerbaD got dividend policy of 30%. so whats wrong with 0.16 dividend? 0.16/0.545 = 30% dividend ma. they are consistent with their dividend policy

EPS is 5.45 this quarter, so x4 = 21.8 per annum, PE is now 171/21.8 = 7.844 only. target PE of 10 = 1.71 x 10/7.844 = RM 2.18!!! this is minimum target price

the pp is oversubsribe by 1.8x. when the price reach RM1.51, the remaining 0.8x will snap up. there is a very very strong support already at this price

the price down is because those that get PP at 1.51 decided to sell. let this selling subside then, the price will continue to rise

i believe operator are shorting the price now to collect cheaper PP price. once they have determined the PP price, short seller will need to buy back these shares and price will raise back

my guesstimate = 1.64x 0.90 = RM1.476 per share
