As I commented earlier tp=rm3. It sounds quite far fetch at the moment. There will also come a time when profit taking will come in BUT I I haven't seen it yet! THE GOOD NEWS is that there is only a small quant of shares in the market so that's a big big PLUS. Believe it or not I was still buying at around 1.93!!!! Not a lot though. A bonus of capital repayment of 32 sen for total of 52.5 sen return 3. Both these will take effect within 3 months from now. 4. All aluminium related companies r doing v well due to world situations. 5. Small amt of alcom flot shares in market n many more reasons....... . Just the above r reasons enough to buy alcom shares which is only rm1.83 as of yesterday. How often do u come across shares with all these traits????

Bollinger bands may b a good indicator if trades sideways. But observation of how the stock trades daily is V.V IMPORTANT. There u go, my 2 sens worth of what I say and y I say abt ALCOM.

yuanlong57: Yes. The 1st thing I based on b4 buying a stock is to see whether the stock is in an uptrend or not. If it doesn't show an uptrend then no matter how good the fundamentals are, I DO NOT enter. Then only I look for company info on amt of shares in market etc etc. Then comes div, etc.... Entry into markrt is based on charts and MOST IMPORTANTLY observe how the stock is traded throughout the day...... this might give u a hint on whether to still stay in or get out first and go for the next round....etc.. Ya that's basically it. Of course from charts u get a certain tp, rl, sl and so forth. ;But from exp following yhe day trend gives u the bedt indicator!!!
