posby: I think v should not b really too concerned abt any kind of snnouncement at all. Heard of the adage in investing in the stock market " NO NEWS is GOOD NEWS". As long as v KNOW that it going to move UP from it's present price that should b good enough FOR NOW. We just have to b PATIENT n not let all the noises distract us from our target.

That's what the charts r telling us, right? On top of that v know the new shareholders have paid 35sen for a big chunk of trans under DBT so what's the worry? V should b accumulating if the price retraces (cos it gives us an opportunity to collect at a cheaper price).

yuanlong57: Tq 4 the clarification on what LPTan68 said in his comments. Eventhough he was mentioning abt tp= rm8 to rm9 with share splits, etc........ I would have thought that it would b much easier for ALCOM to reach a price of rm8-9 without any splits, bonuses, etc . The reason is quite obvious isn't it? As I mention b4 ALCOM is now in uncharted waters so ANYTHING is possible especially when it keeps posting NEW HIGHS. I would NOT b surprised if it reaches that price. Anyway the future v cannot see BUT we can only use chart tools to guide on what the possible future direction might b. Therefore things will b v dynamic as we plod along. PATIENCE is the KEY. I am still of the opinion that ALCOM IS IN A V V BIG HURRY TO REACH IT'S DESTINATION. Charts r exceptionally bullish if I might add.
