Yes, the operator pushes share price down when Dow futures is red. He offloads his catch of tickets collected at 40 sen & 40.5 sen yesterday at higher prices in the morning and pushes it down in the afternoon.

This is how he makes $$$.

Haha, operator is no fool. If he dared to "eat" 1000 lots at 40 sen and 550 lots at 40.5 sen before mkt closing, would he not expect a rebound in US mkts? In terms of TA knowledge, he is more of a veteran than any of us.

It closed at 40.5 sen, above the opening price today. I see a bullish hammer. Hope this is a trend reversal signal.

U will be surprised that the operator can still make (0.5 sen x vol transacted) profit when a counter is stuck at 4.5/5 sen. Collect(buy) at 4.5 sen and sell at 5 sen. Why not?

This usually happens when the operator is in no hurry to push up or down the share price.

The operator is kind of weird? He chooses a bad mkt timing to move higher(out of the trading range).

Yes, this counter has a lot of "fake" vol. Operator wanted to push it up this morning, only to find a lack of speculative demand and pushed it back again. A real joke!

Chartwise, still trending down with some "fake" buying supports and no signs of a trend reversal yet. Cannot chase high, even when ringgit can be soaring. Need to wait for the next quarterly report out to provide clarity.

Ringgit has appreciated steadily against USD in the past month. From TA Securities research house, a stronger ringgit would benefit the company more.

Today, it closed above 60 sen with a spike of vol traded. If this positive momentum can be continued, it will be a good sign to retest the recent high of 67 sen...

The whole mkt has been generally weak. But
today, I see good rebounds from some very active stocks. See if this can be sustained into next week.

Vol traded is low today(not much contra selling). This means most players are not willing to sell at current price. Hope TA securities research house is right on its analysis...

Today is T+3 after the last spike. Price could move up if big players have accumulated more at current prices and after contra selling period...

It seems like there are some selling of mother shares to subscribe for warrants. That is why mother share price comes down. But after 22 Jan 18, mother share should have less selling pressure.

Mkt is bad. Operator has stopped playing up this counter already....

Today, mother share is 23 sen, but warrant is pushed down to 1 sen. This means that the discount for warrant to mother share is a good margin of 2 sen.

For those with extra cash to convert warrant to mother share, warrant is now really a good buy.

Bullishunter, I do not know exactly how the operator wants to play his game. But if he wants to collect back at lower prices, he will "usually" wait out the contra period 1st, before any further action.

If u are a longer term investor and are happy with the results, u may want to hold it and wait for a better time to sell.

Wow, this thread is quite crowded today. The goreng master is really fierce. It spikes up both in terms of price and vol to close at 86 sen.

The next 1 or 2 days can be interesting as profit-taking(either scenario 1 or 2) may take place, depending on the goreng master's game plan. I might be tempted to take profit first as I have hit my profit target.

I believe I have done my part well and I have not misled you guys with my postings so far. Anyway, the old man and VenFx are back to offer their guidance. I may pop in only occasionally.

John1234 I like the current price movement. Small vol traded with an upward bias. Once the vol explodes, 1 of the 2 things could happen:
1. The operator invites punters/investors to trade the price higher;
2. The operator will distribute his shares when the price spikes up a lot, like in the previous case.

We can only tell whether it is scenario 1 or 2 on hindsight. So, it is usually safer to buy on small vol traded.

John1234 In the past few quarters, share price was "pushed up" by the operator before result release, resulting in a "gap down" on contra selling pressure when quarterly result was announced. This is why I said it is a "goreng" counter.

This time round, share price has already fallen before result release, plus only a small quantity traded, not much contra selling is expected. Any gap down, if initiated by the operator in this quiet market, could well be a buying opportunity, in view of the "imminent" finalisation of the proposed disposal(if implemented) and a potential CNY rally in the making.

Haha...buy or sell at own risks, as always...

"Sell on news" means operator has pushed up the counter way before result release and distribute his shares to punters/investors after result release, in the hope of collecting the shares back at lower prices.

Whether this is "sell on news" or not, only operator knows the game plan.

Today, big shake out at Hua An. That explains its slide after hitting 81.5 sen...Vol spikes up too....

Today, many counters are pressed down, as reflected in a drop in the FTSE Bursa Small Cap index, even though KLCI is up 3.24 pts. This might have prompted a small no of weak holders to sell this counter.

Anyway, the outcome of the EGM will soon be announced on Bursa website. See if there is any goreng up in the coming days or nearer to cd date.

Mkt is mixed this morning. See if there's any action this afternoon.

PM Corp is a classic example of a value trap. Some forumers got stuck buying high in this counter due to inappropriate promotion during price spikes. Likewise, a goreng stock can suffer the same fate too after the goreng session is over.

Jeremiah, u might remember me when I commented at PM Corp thread. In this forum, there are just too many pp shouting high TP without facts when mkt is hot. But when dust settles, it will be back to basics.

If Carurhead is really bullish about this counter, he should share with us his reasoning with facts and figures to support. Otherwise, it can only be best regarded as pure gut feeling or speculation. Like this, it can be very costly to some followers when this rally peters out.

Just look at some other forumers' comments here, see how they condemned this counter as a pure "goreng" counter. I am not against anybody. I just like to speak facts.

I shall not spend any more time commenting on this issue. I will leave it to others to judge and decide.

From warrant to convert to mother share, it is 20 sen exercise price per warrant. If it is 20k warrant, then the conversion cost is RM 0.2×20,000(or RM 4,000).

Warrant will become worthless(zero $$$) after expiry date. If u do not intend to convert to mother share, u must sell your warrant in the open mkt by 22 Jan 18(last day of trading).

Pls observe the dates closely.

3 days of profit taking in the general mkt has brought this counter to its immediate support level at 76 sen on very low vol.

Next Mon is the EGM day.

This is bad news for this counter until things clear up...

It closed at 77 sen today amidst a generally profit taking mkt. Nothing to shout about...
