nice write up, having live through that era i remembered those times many people were talking about it in kopitiam and pasar malam on how WHAT IF they followed George Soros , well thats the thing. this diagram are absolutely correct, over the years distributors have been making the most money during price hikes, which is precisely why Supermax OBM model is absolutely the most profitable, you control manufacturing profit , u control distribution profit and u control retailing profit! you are literally taking all the money from the whole supply chain!

Harta with PAT 211MIL , price at RM20
Supermax if PAT450MIL with its market caps way below Harta , Supermax potentially goes to RM40 , then share split to RM20 and climb further to RM30. so in the end Freetospeak projection isnt far because if didt split it would been similar gain as if price go up to RM50
