Sources familiar with the matter said Hon Hai’s ultimate target is to have a direct stake in SilTerra. It is not that keen on DNeX’s other core businesses.

Hon Hai bought the DNeX shares from three substantial shareholders: 22.64 million shares from Annedjma Capital Sdn Bhd for RM20.38 million, 96.36 million shares from Azman Karim for RM86.72 million, and one million shares from Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd for RM900,000. That is a per unit price of 90 sen; the stock closed at 85.5 sen on Thursday (June 10).

The share price is RM0.88-0.885, that is lower than Hon Hai paid for 5% DNeX through private deal. Very likely the PP price is lower than RM0.90. Who was the one who sold to Hon Hai?

Why was Foxconn not buying through PP? Is the PP's price higher or lower than the RM0.9 that Foxconn paid for? Is this the strategy of Foxconn to force DNeX to allocate certain % of PP to Foxconn? Is CGP worry about Foxconn that they don't want DNeX allocate PP to Foxconn? Lot of question to think over and digest.

for at least today, I don't think the share price is moving up. It is a strong signal, telling us to sell @RM0.845 or lower. Same for the son @RM0.295 or lower. It gives me confident to hold on.

There is never absolutely right in share market. There are only 2 possibilities. Up or down unless no trade. We always need to weigh the probability of going up or down.

I don't agree that the day traders could move the share price up or down. The management of DNeX is obviously engaging someone to manipulate the share price for the purpose of PP. Otherwise, please share your opinion since you have all the insight and experience in the share market. I may not have the experience as you have but I am not the beginning.

The share price is obviously monitored and controlled at such level for the purpose of PP. We could only guess what price level is the expected PP. We can be quite assured that they are able to control the share price for their expectation.

It seems that pressure is being applied to those short term investors to sell as the lining up of huge vol to give impression of huge selling pressure. This is especially true for the son.

It seems like the coordinated selling and buying continues at price ranges from RM0.86-0.865.

Happy to see the momentum continues. It may face some selling pressure and in need of strong buying momentum to break through to higher ground.

The selling pressure for mother is high as compared to the son. The difference in trading vol is 200 million transaction. I hope with that type of vol, it should push it close to RM0.9 Hopeful can continue tomorrow.

The mid term - long term investors would look at the price of the mother and the son. If the son can give discount like now with RM0.05 price difference, they will buy and convert. It all depends on the price of the mother. The son will never be priced more than RM0.5 of the mother unless there is two camps fighting for control of the company.

The high selling pressure could be because of the coordinated willing sellers willing buyers arrangement before it moves higher.

It is proven that it is not the son that drag the mother. The selling pressure of the mother is the force preventing the mother to move higher.

Let the mother goes up to the region of RM0.9 and see the son will drag the mother. So far NOT.

Share price sideway indicates on going negotiation. If there is firm news - Positive, the price will shoot up, negative - the price will drop down. two sides of the coin.

CK101, DNeX's current major shareholders will be happy to let CGP and Foxconn to do all the work in Silterra. Foxconn can also contribute towards the sound management of DNeX in Ping and NSW and so on if they take up the 30% PP. The problem here is "IF".

Abidjan, you are spot on the intention of Foxconn to take control of Silterra for the supply of 200nm & 300nm silicon. CGP can concentrate on the manufacturing process. That would be the best outcome of the cooperation between CGP and Foxconn.

Company like Foxconn does not invest half-hearted. Either in or out. Foxconn can negotiate to take 30% stake in DNeX under PP. Foxconn can become the majority shareholder of DNeX and directly taking control of DNeX and indirectly taking control Silterra. I am afraid that CGP is uneasy about the participation of Foxconn in Silterra. CGP may better the offer for 30% PP in DNeX to take full control of Silterra. The best outcome is for Foxconn to take 30% PP in DNeX and able to work together with CGP in Silterra. Then, the share price of DNeX will surging much higher. However if the outcome is that CGP can not work with Foxconn, then all hell breaks loose.

The news/rumour of Foxconn taking stakes in DNeX is very good news for PP. The excitement is in the air. It will benefit all shareholders of DNeX.

When the dust settles, the game is over. So far the game is still playing and so there will be more and more rumour or news to come out to stir up more dust.

I hope that not the same news to set PP at RM1? I would not mind but illogical. Ha.....

It is very healthy to digest after yesterday rally. On the other hand, it all depends on the operator's target.

The transaction vol was still too slow for the first hour of trade to push up the share price. I am still in the opinion that the operator is waiting for a bigger selling pressure.

Why would foxconn participate through back door ? Moreover the Chinese investor has put a foot in Silterra directly. I don't see the logic. It make more sense for the chinese investor to safeguard their investment by taking up the PP since they are the minority (40%) shareholder in Silterra.

Surprisingly the selling pressure is moderate despise the bad market sentiment. If the selling pressure is building up, it is interesting to find out whether the operator will defend at this level.
