I managed to find out that Ping secured 50% interest in Avalon oilfield and 20% interest in Ranger Exploration Well as announced in April 2017. Indirectly DNeX owes 15% & 6% of those oilfield. I am trying to compare the prospect of DNeX against hibiscus. Appreciate if sifu(s) here can help to explain.

DNeX owes 30% of Ping and Ping owes 50% of Anasuria Cluster. Indirectly DNeX owes 15% of Anasuria Cluster. On the other hand, Hisbiscus owes direct 50% of Anasuria. Please explain the prospect of DNeX over Hisbiscus. Thanks.

acadi, correct if I am wrong. Your expected net profit/year = RM32.192 million / 1096 million shares x the current price RM0.375 = PE ratio should be 12.7. As you mentioned, the standard PE ratio should be 12. So the current price of RM0.375 is not cheap but ok. Right?

Honestly speaking, Censof is very much under value. Just being ( 314 million shares) shareholder of DNeX @ RM0.5 is already worth = 314 million x RM0.5 = RM 157 million / 501 million shares = RM0.3133 per share. Now the share is trading at RM0.285. It is crazy.

If margin call is the reason, it will take at least 6-7 trading days to normalize. Good luck.

Chang206, it will be cheaper to buy Censof to owe DNeX if DNeX is pushing up to let say RM0.7. @RM0.7 of 314 million shares = RM219.8 million. Then, the management of Censof can either choose whatever price they feel they deserve to get. Then, Who would push DNeX since Censof is waiting to sell?

fyi, DNeX is a RM350 million company as compared to Censof RM50 million. But Censof holds 314 million shares in DNeX. The best solution is to merge the two companies, otherwise someone has to buy 314 million shares from Censof at a cheaper price. If that is the case, then share price of DNeX will continue to drop. Please comment.

Whether you like it or not, Censof owes 314 million DNeX's shares. If DNeX does not acquire Censof, DNeX is forever carryring Censof as a burden baggage. with every 1.6 cent increase in DNeX share price, the value of Censof's share will increase by 1 cent. That is why wnenever DNeX moves, Censof will have to move. This is my personal opinion.

Censof is still the 2nd biggest shareholder of DNeX holding 314 million shares. Either they push Censof share's price up or push DNeX share price down and apparently they choose to push DNeX down to create the balance in their share's value. That is why censof share's price still at RM0.31. This is my personal opinion. I could be wrong.
