It is not looking good when share price continues to drop with small transaction vol. I fear for the worst on 2nd quarter financial report.

Censof will not move alone without DNeX. It is very clear to me that Censof has to become IT arm of DNeX. To do that the mother "Censof" has to merge with the son "DNeX" to become one entity. I am hopeful of that.

It is the same as taking it to be private ( out of Bursa). One way to do that is to exchange Censof's shares with DNeX's shares. It will benefit both companies since Censof has already owe 314 million DNeX's shares. This is just my hunch.

newrookie, the expectation of Censof to follow "DNeX" is still strong. As DNeX is being pushing down further, it affect the price of Censof. I hope it is only temporary.

I look at it differently. Since Censof already holds 17.94% ( 314 million) of DNeX shares and if DNeX can make reverse take over 100% Censof at minimum additional DNeX's shares + 304 shares already own. It may work out beneficial to DNeX. I have the hunch because DNeX is appointed the distributor of "financio" accounting package for Malaysia & Indonesia. DNeX can cut cost by combining the facilities to implement IT projects. It is just my personal opinion.

It may be due to the acquisition of company as indicated by MD. I have a hunch that the acquisition has something to do with "Censof". It may turn up to be merging. So far no news yet? Good or Bad?

I am quite disappointed when the support @RM0.585 & @RM0.285 were broken through. Even though is seemed to be stable now, the next support level may be much lower. I hope I am wrong.

For many, Q2 could be disappointing especially when the expectation is so high. If Q2 is less than Q1, would it consider disappointing?

The selling momentum is not strong enough to push the share price down and so the "shark" is not under pressure to push it up. The stronger the down pressure, the stronger the up reaction.

Crucial support level @RM0.585 & @RM0.295 for the coming storm.

Appointed DNeX distributor of "Financio" for Malaysia & Indonesia is the first step. Furthermore, Censof owes over 17+% of DNeX's shares. IF one for one, DNEX only need to increase 10% about 180+ million shares to acquire 100% Censof. Reasonable?

Could DNeX merge with Censof? It could benefit both company especially Censof is the 2nd largest shareholder of DNeX.

The value in Censof is the 17.073% shares in DNeX. DNeX's share at RM0.585, the market cap is RM1024 million and at 17.073%, it translates into RM174.83 million. Censof's share price @RM0.33, the market cap is only RM166 million. Being a 17.073% shareholder of DNeX, Censof is already worth about RM0.35 per share. Has someone discovered the gold mine yet?

To quicken the pace, those who would like to sell, please dump @RM0.325.
