I am currently in NZ, the virus here has been eradicated, everyone is back to their normal lifestyle, nobody uses sanitiser, masks or gloves. Contrary to what the others say. This will be the new norm, we have to wear mask, use hand sanitizer always, blah blah. And now in the supermarkets we have shelves full of hand sanitizer for cheap, there's even a pallet full of gloves, selling for 13 dollars and nobody wants (this exact package, yes its made in malaysia)--->(http://shop.ehayes.co.nz/gmr-superplus-blue-nitrile-gloves-nsblarge).

But here in NZ is very foreign tourist reliant, places that used to have tons to buses visiting but now only down to a few cars. So it doesn't help the tourism industry much, whether pre, post or during covid.

However Malaysia is different la, u go on fb search abit then u also can see already, how many people are flocking to tourism areas. Cameron Highlands also traffic jam now. Genting casino also alot people queueing up, tables full (from what I see in fb posts). And i dont see much foreign gamblers at Genting Sky casino even before the covid anyway ( i could be wrong, maybe all the foreigners at higher limit tables).

What I am trying to convey is, looking at the number of daily covid cases in Malaysia, we are close to eradication of the virus already, and whether our borders are open to foreign tourists or not, i believe it will not affect the local tourism as much, Malaysians still like to Jalan Jalan Makan Angin.

So, buy while you can, before its too late. Genting will be back stronger.

Good thing about investing in genting is that, u have the past record prices, rm6-8. So it will trail back to that price sooner or later. Compared to gloves its all forward pricing already, so u wouldnt know whether u are buying at the peak pricing or not unless u have a magic crystal ball to predict.
