1) Yes, lower crude oil price will affect our national GDP. But then with a lower petrol price now, the consumer will shift their consumption to other product., from production side, with the lower production cost it is still a good deal. ( In conclusion, lower crude oil price will affect national income, but its good for the public generally. ) In fact with the lower crude oil price it help to reduce the inflation rate help to maintain around 4 percent in 2015 after GST being impliment.
2)I don't think this will lead to a global financial crisis, because we can see from the data US is doing quite well now, I dont think the market going to crash in short time. BUT then i believe foreign funding will continue pull out from our market due to strong USD dollar. If you re short term investor, of course can pull out from the game now but u will never know when u gonna buy at the lowest price. If u re a long term investor, you will give a damn over a small flatuation.
