（吉隆坡27日讯）有报道指总执行长（CEO）拿督斯里杨雄木可能提早退休，拖累怡丰国际控股（Vivocom International Holdings Bhd）今早一度跌10.2%。

该股曾跌2.5仙，至22仙。休市报23仙，跌1.5仙或6.12%，成交量有3455万4300股，是第二大热门。

自去年初暴跌，前称Instacom Group Bhd的怡丰国际在建议增持铝门窗制造商Neata Aluminum（马）私人有限公司股权后，股价从去年9月22日的8.6仙，大幅上扬至今年5月12日的36仙，为5年高位。

不过，该股自此逐步下滑。年初至今，挫了30.54%，相比富时隆综指的7.8%跌幅。

最新一期《The Edge》周刊引述消息报道，今年60岁的杨雄木，可能提早从这家建筑公司退休。

在去年11月2日受委为总执行长的他，协助推动来自中国铁建股份有限公司（CRCC）的建筑合约。

报道指出，杨雄木提早退休可能打乱该集团在2018年实现30亿令吉营业额的计划，因公司的大部分合约是通过他与中国铁建的关系赢得。

消息说，这也对公司在今年达到6亿令吉营业额目标构成挑战，因建筑项目的进展慢于预期。

联昌国际投资银行研究分析员Marcus Chan在报告指出，该研究机构“了解”该集团正实施一个过渡计划，让杨雄木留在集团内，担任非执行或顾问职务。

他表示，尽管围绕集团领导的不确定可能在短期内打击信心，但相信长期前景依然亮丽，因杨雄木将留在怡丰国际，他与中国铁建的关系依然会带来更多合约。此外，怡丰国际正扩大与中国铁建以外的商业合作，其中一个是与中核华兴发展（马）私人有限公司的新合作，在未来的建筑项目联手。

中核华兴发展是中国核工业华兴建设有限公司（China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Company Ltd）的子公司，即隶属国有的中国核工业建设集团公司（China Nuclear Engineering Group Corp）。

分析员说，怡丰国际今年赢得的9亿令吉新合约非来自中国铁建，证明其不是只依赖后者得到合约。

他称，该机构预计怡丰国际在7月公布一项红股计划，且在8月底公布的截至6月杪第二季业绩应延续首季的不俗表现。

他表示，盈利预测是该股重估的潜在催化剂。

“我们维持‘加码’评级，目标价78仙不变。”

keng88... my average cost is 0.28... currently loss few thousand RM... will keep it for long term unless fall below 0.20... :)
