his cost is RM1.84.. + 4 sen dividend ex-date May... since main shareholder willing to "eat" the share at RM1.84, then AA share price suppose wont drop below Rm1.84 on Monday...

Clarification on the article published in The Edge Malaysia

We refer to our announcement dated 22 March 2016 on the subscription of 129,654,000 new shares in Seeing Machines Limited (“Subscription Announcement”) and the Article entitled "VS should elaborate" appearing on page 5 of The Edge Malaysia (the week of 28 March 2016 – 4 April 2016). Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Subscription Announcement.

The Board of VSIB wishes to clarify that the issue price of £0.05199 (equivalent to RM0.3037) per New SML Share, was fixed at a premium of 20% over the 30-day volume weighted average market price of SML shares up to and including 16 March 2016 of £0.04330 (equivalent to RM0.2529), after taking into consideration the following:

1.)as stated in the Subscription Announcement, the Subscription will be strategic and beneficial to the global electronic manufacturing services business of VSIB Group as it provides an opportunity for the Group to extend its reach to become a global manufacturing company as well as to participate as a collaborative research and development partner, which will bode well for the Group’s future growth;

2.)based on the unaudited half yearly results for financial period ended (“FPE”) 31 December 2015 as announced by SML on 7 March 2016, SML reported a net profit before tax of AUD$11.2m, representing a significant improvement as compared to a net loss before tax of AUD$4.3m for the half yearly results for FPE 31 December 2014;

3.)as separately announced by SML on 7 March 2016, SML has also secured a major follow on order for their 2nd generation automotive driver monitoring systems from Takata, one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers;

4.)after the Subscription, VSIB, via VSIV, shall be the single largest shareholder of SML; and

5.)the Subscription is not a related party transaction. The total proceeds arising from the Subscription of £6,740,711 (equivalent to RM39,377,888) represent a capital contribution by VSIB/VSIV into SML and in view of this, the said premium of 20% does not benefit any specific group of shareholders of SML.
