For my personal opinion, it will be a possibility the EY will find one or two mistakes did by Serba Dinamik. However, as per many of us believed, it is not corruption and it can be solved. The most importance is we really hope that Serba Dinamik can still proceed their business.

I found a funny communication between the Serba Dinamik's Chairman and the SC person in charge.

My personal observation, the main SC personal (A-person) may need to conduct a survey among their colleagues. The detail of report made by KPMG was no longer a top secret in SC. Is it be a possibility that the SD chairman communicated with the other person (B-person) in SC?

I know one funny practice that alway be applied by salemen and service engineers. They alway asked from the second key persons instead of the main key person who has the authorisation to make final decision on items to be purchase.

Silterra management with the support of DNex is doing the correct decision to complete its downstream. They will create a lot of bussiness opportunity to Kedah residents. Think of the revenue, will it be very attractive? It is yes!

Once the Silterra has completed it downsteam, it will be the time Silterra to challenge the 28nm / 15nm / 10nm so on. Of course, it will take at least, 4 years. It is all depended on how fast our Malaysian Engineers and Researchers transformed themselves to skillful employees. It is impossible to do it before DNex took over. Silterra will turn to positive revenue very soon. The China Investor (CGP) will bring in advanced technology to Silterra.

However, the problem here is many persons in this counter want to earn fast money. It is either they want the DNex share price droped significantly to RM0.5 - RM0.6, Or the other persons prayed for the share price raised rapidly to above RM1.

I think it is all possible during the conversion of warrant to original share and the push of Private Placement. However, we all may need to get ready when (i) Silterra announces for its transformation plan, & (ii) The completed of warrant conversion and PP.

As per what we all have observed since last two week. This counter is really not good for those Day Trip Prayers. In fact, most of them have shifted to other counters. The Day Trip Prayers have the software to search for the potential counters. Anyway, it is good for them and us.

I think we may need to appreciate the Top Management from DNex, they did not cheat us. If you followed up with thier statements all the time. The management from DNex Semiconductor and its partner need 3 - 12 months to make themself familiar with the process flow from Silterra. They will plan the improvement for Silterra. As per what the DNex boss mentioned that, they will grow the Silterra within two years.

Of course, the share price of DNex will sure be higher than RM2. But it won't be this 1-2 months. Remember, this is not a gamble. We are investing and sure may need to wait for at least 1.5 - 2 years.

If we analysis from the software from respective companies, this counter no longer interest at this moment anymore. The short term prayers may need to take profit and tentatively withdraw from this counter. This counter will be involved (i) Warrant conversion, (ii) Private Placement, & (iii) ESOS. It will seriously affected the share price, even it is in very slow uptrend.

However, this counter may suit to those take it as Long Term Investment as we can continue buy it when the share price reached MA20 (Monthly Moving Average). We can invest it whenever we have free money.

Good news: The convert of 134,517,908 Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS) holded by IJM into new WCE Holdings Berhad Ordinary Shares. It clearly indicated that IJM has a plan for WCE.

Personnally, I will support the huge convertion of this RCPS. We will not be able to see that huge convertion in future. It showed that WCE is warming up. However, it is only suitable for those long term investors.

The contract with Silterra will only can be signed before June 2021. They still need few months to complete the detail statement.

Within this two months, the share price believed will raise to RM2. However, it will depend on the push from Foreign investors. Malaysia investors have no enough funding to do that. We have too many shart term players too.

The share price will not be so good at next week, many short term players will shift their money to other counters. However, for long term players, it will be a good opportunity to buy at reasonable unit price. Remember, when the share price to rocket up, the short term players will have no time to buy in low price. At the end, the number of short term players will be reduced.

It is depending on whether you are believing in DNex's CEO. It is no good to give DNex a very short term and expected to see the price rocketed up like no body.

同时，TelkomInfra是PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk的独资子公司。后者是在印尼交易所上市的跨国电讯集团，并在纽约证券交易所第二上市。

Hi Friends, this counter (DNex) is good for those investors who have the intention to invest in long term (At least 2 years). It is o.k. if you bought it at unit price of RM0.99 to RM1.03. I think you know that the share price will go above RM5/unit.

For those short term players, you will earn the money by sell high (Morning) and buy low (Afternoon). However, you much be careful, soon and later you will get traped in this counter.
