The date is 23/Aug/2016 but the content of news is stating what has been happening for the past 2 years.

That is old news, we already know oil is oversupplied for 2 years. That is why SKP is so cheap now. The question is you want to grab some SKP shares now or wait after you hear the good news (follow the wind).

Actually base on announcement, SKP jumped from 1.4+ to 1.6+ when EPF started selling recently. So if EPF started selling when it jumped, it means something else is pushing it up and EPF selling didn't push it down.
