This is how the right issue works:

If you have 20,000 of KNM share, you are eligible to buy 20% (1 to 5 share) with RM0.50 per share. in this scenario, you can buy 4,000 of KNM Share with RM0.50 per share. On top of this, if you choose to take on the rights issue, you are also given 4,000 of KNM Warrant B (Price to announce later).
