吉隆坡14日讯）绿源环球（NGGB,7241,主板工业产品服务组）建议私下配售15%新股于特定投资者，以筹资最多4636万2000令吉落实北根发展计划、购买额外设备和支付发展成本。

该公司发文告表示，将向股东联邦土地局合作社（Koperasi Permodalan Felda）私下配售最多10%新股，再向待定的第三方投资者配售5%新股，发售价将在稍后决定。

假设发售价为每股40仙，绿源环球最多可筹得4636万2000令吉，其中3700万令吉用来落实北根发展计划、500万令吉购买额外设备和414万200令吉来支付发展成本。

整个计划料在2020年首季完成，届时绿源环球缴足资本将从1亿3567万8441令吉扩大至3亿5347万4846令吉，负债比将从0.05倍减至0.02倍，但大股东持股却将出现显著变化，其中拿督林添发持股将从15.72%扩大至17.91%，而联邦土地局合作社持股则从8.71%稀释至4.94%。
