Semperit AG is a listed company in Austria with high governance requirements.

I am not saying the deal will be closed 100% but at least you are dealing with a credible party if you don't trust MQTECH BOD.

Many people have said MQTECH BOD is making fake announcement to pump so that they can sell.

Well if you don't trust MQTECH you can place your trust on Semperit AG/Latexx Partners to deny the NST report.
