You have kept MQTECH for long time, then you must be the best person to ask...

- who do you think bought the about 25% that the old shareholders sold?

- what do you think have happened to the Jetline International's jet plane contract?

- who do you think will take up the private placement shares to be issued?

Indeed should clarify the status of the Jetline International's jet plane contract with the management.

MQTECH is quite sneaky now, as todate we still don't know who bought the about 25% that the old shareholders sold.

Until all these uncertainties have been clarified think we should avoid MQTECH. Don't buy or sell your MQTECH shares.

Appears to have a lot to bring to Mqtech.

Mr Lim,

Dear sir,

Kindly prove yourself. Waiting in anticipation.

Teh, Mqtech is losing its momentum fast; if you have any tricks at all, you have to be quick, now is the time. Trust and momentum lost would take a long long time to be restored.

Teh gave us a sign.............. appears to be listening.....

But, looks like he can't even save his own skin. Everybody should leave at the first opportunity.

Teh, you can have Mqtech all to yourself, good luck.

Teh, yes, keep it up, keep the excitement on, else nobody will join you in further in Mqtech, and you can bloody goreng all by yourselves and see if the price will ever go up.

In any case, these people have bought a lot; if they let Mqtech linger around 11.5 cents, they won't gain?

tjhldg.. u may well be make a lot of money playing Mqtech your way as the impression I have of Teh Eng Huat is that he is a goring kaki, may be a master goring kaki, and the recent jump to 0.15 and drop to 0.105 could well be his work.

Mqtech will be more volatile with him around, may be will see 0.15 again soon.

Yes more proofs that Bursa Malaysia is no place for small fish.

To be smart is easier said than done. More often than not, small fish have to endure confusion, worry, hopeless, and after a few sleepless nights to sell at low prices.

eu7985... This is precisely what i am saying.

Let say the new major shareholders are Teh and his gang (which I hope not, but in which case the following should applies too), I am very sure they knows Tan and the other ex substantial shareholders, even good friends, now, when they wanted to buy the 25% wouldn't it be more low key, less impact on the market prices and even caring by taking into account the feeling of the small fish, by just going for a married deal??

But, no, they have to dump the millions of shares in the open market, created confusion, and caused the price to drop to as low as 0.105, and, in the process to enable them to also collect more than 25%, as that few days' volumes were huge.

As stated in Section 9.3 below, the MQ Group is in the midst of pursuing a potential contract. While the securing of the contract is expected to contribute to its future revenue, this would also increase the amount of raw materials that is needed to be purchased by the Group.

No one in Mqtech can be trusted anymore.

I am in Selangor, if I am in Penang I will surely go take a peep at its factory at

Plot 86B. Lintang Bayan Lepas 9, Bayan Lepas Industrial Park 4, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang,

Think the Jetline International SB can be canceled, if

- Mqtech breached or cannot satisfy some terms,

- Jetline International SB breached or cannot satisfy some terms,

- Both sides agree to rescind.

But point is, must be by mutual agreement by both parties.

Dont think Jetline International SB can cancel it at its wimp.

In any case, it would be reassuring if someone from Penang can drop in to Mqtech factory to see for a fact if anything has been done thus far on the contract.

Jetline International SB doesn't need Mqtech, but sadly the plain truth is Mqtech is a goner without that contract.

I lean more on new shareholders and/or big sharks collecting, and they want more.

After the last few days, they have scripts in hand now; you can expect them to queue to sell by the thousands or millions of lots for the purpose of scaring the hell out of the small fish to sell too.

Their queues to buy by the thousands or millions of lots, on the hand, are real.

Stock

They were forced to, as the contract was never theirs but belongs to the well connected Bumi in the first place.

Going by the looks of things, it appears the directors cum shareholders who sold off recently did not "win" the Jetline International SB contract, rather the contract was "parked" at
Mqtech by some well connected persons.

Now, as the contract has progressed to advance stages, these well connected persons may be surfacing soon. Interesting development.

Said directors cum shareholders may have participated in the "arrangement" to save their own skins.

As Mqtech has been loss making for many years and the HDD business no longer viable; if they did not allow the contract to be parked in Mqtech under the arrangement, Mqtech's price could well be 0.05 by now. With the arrangement, at least, now they get to sell at around 0.12.

This is bolehland, to win a big contract like the Jetline International SB contract needs "connection", on hindsight, do not think those directors have that kind of "connection". So, that contract was not won but "given", with conditions, of course.

I may be wrong.

New shareholders have not been announced yet; could well be some bumi shareholders who are big shots. Afterall, JetLine International SB is a Bumi company, not surprising if Mqtech is required to have Bumi shareholders as a condition for the 10 year contract. Interesting development.

If 10 cents it would be because Mr Teh wants to accumulate more.

I think it doesn't make sense for Mr Teh to come in as an Executive Director to immediately see Mqtech close shop; he has approximately 15,000,000 shares in Mqtech.

This counter was pushed up to 24 cents but somehow only one time, no more after that, very strange. With the Jetline contract, one would think it can be goring till wave 5 and beyond but it is just not happening.

Well, think we shareholders will have to go f**k the Board of Directors in the coming AGM, if In the coming Annual Report, there is still no positive update on:

- the ways and means to obtain the funding required to execute the JetLine project, that is, by private placement, rights issue or bank loans,

- the kind of production capacity needed to manufacture for the JetLine project, thus, providing an indication of the size of the project,

- the status of the new plant on a one-acre site within the existing premises of MQTECH’s headquarter in Bayan Lepas solely for aerospace activities,

- the current status on the application for the AS9000 certification, the aerospace basic quality system standard, that will qualify MQTECH to make parts and components for the aerospace market
