Usually companies issue ESOS to reward their employees. QR till now still haven't come out & they are giving employees ESOS at this point. I suspect they expect share price to break loose once QR is out so employees can benefit from it.

Yes, ESOS can dilute a little but 20k shares? hmm.. peanut la.. but it's good company gesture to reward employees, I like it.

I'm not familiar with ESOS but I think it should be priced lower so employee will subscribe.
