I don't put in too much in 1 stock. I play differently in US mkt, hit 20% or have $500 profit, I sell. I don't hold long like SG & Msia stocks. Once I hit my profit target, i will use the profit to buy some potential stocks and hold long term and keep back my capital in bank :)

I learnt to play in US since march. did a lot a lot of reading and analysing.. not easy as you said. i have been in SG for 13yrs, so know a bit bit la. don't need to study as much as US mkt. but i invest the most in US coz most of my bullets are USD that I have leftover from my business.

Yes, patience is key and don't panic. be ready to lose 100% when you buy then you dont wet your pants.. hahaha..

i only starting trading in march when oil mkt slump. i spread my capital over US, SG & Msia mkt. here earn a bit, there earn a bit happy already. not making as much as compared to my business but ok la.. just trying my luck since i'm jobless now.

i didn't get careplus.. decided to skip that even when it was 40c..

i don't dare to pump so much into shares, if suay suay lose money, don't even have money for maggie mee! i still have a daughter to raise..

picked up adventa when it was 30 n sold at 90. but only bought very little for fun to test market back then.

even HLT, i didn't buy a lot coz i also buy other more stable companies shares. i balanced my portfolio in the best way i can think of. hopefully it turns out well by end of next yr n i can fully redeem all my house loan. if lucky enough, can buy another property.

Thanks JWLL1668, thanks for your advise. i dont anyhow buy everything and anything. i just spot a few and have been lucky so far. certain stocks can only expect 20%, certain can get 50% which is very handsome already. but this one, i'm hoping for more because of current situation.

yes, i think test kit is very much in high demand as well as other PPE. even if MCO is lifted, life now is very different from before. we will rely more on PPE to make sure we are protected. I think this have potential to go further than 66c. it got fried up too hot the past few days, when someone pulls a block, those contra players trip n fall. overall, i think it's still progressing the speed I expected.. fighting! bear can come but we just lie down larr...
