We can never buy lowest price. Split your fund in proportion ratio to buy at different price level.

Yes, Political issue may be is one of the reason behind this... The frustrated thing is the current price is too low to sell for cutting loss. But I will accumulate some... This counter already being controlled so cannot tell how low it will go down.... As long as the business still profitable... eventually the price will move up....
