I thinks time for custom to come out and declare the winner for the etrs contract. It will give the companies sufficient time or prepare for the April 2015 rollout. At the same time, all the companies to move on and progress from where there are now. Let by gones be by gones, i'm quite sure the weaker company can focus on other revenue streams.
