The restricted share issue price is based on pre consolidation price. After consolidation the price is 20 cents. I need to halt the confusion. Regardless NZA n LCH sold on the 2 Dec before the AGM (3 Dec) was a profitable trade n was merciless to minority shareholders.
XOX has great potential as its the first MVNO in Malaysia. It was listed at 80 cents pre consolidation.
Brahmal presence in this company would surely create confidence within the investment community. He is the best person cause Usaha Tegas is heavily invested in telcos and his experience would b invaluable.

My team is speaking to Brahmal now on XOX. He likes the company but doesn't like the way the share price has been played. XOX is the first MVNO company to be listed on the KLSE and has Celcom backing. Its IPO price was 80 cents and fell all the way to 5 cents pre consolidation. Time for BOD to reshuffle and let a more capable team come in. Its called the Brahmal effect.

Brahmal just came in as an investor for Instacom Group Berhad.

Its time to chop off the BoD and replace with Brahmal's team. Nice to know that one of the directors decide to leave. One seat left vacant for Brahmal.

Hey BB. One example and you forget the countless number of business of which Brahmal has added value. MVNO isn't an easy busy and to realise the full potential for Xox n less stock price manipulation, he is the best man for it. Brahmal has an excellent understanding of the business given his time w Usaha Tegas n will give confidence to the investment community. He is far better than the current MD who has NO telco experience. I think the only credit I can give the current BoD is that they are Master share market manipulators. I say to the BoD focus on the business, create multiple value to the business n your wealth will grow exponentially.

Honestly I think the BoD should just leave and let Brahmal and his team run the business.
