Just because foreign fund retreated then USD against MYR weak cause they dump MYR to buy USD. The foreign investor for sure demand for USD to transfer back to other country, then they dump the MYR to buy USD.

Better sell it out now then buy back at lower price. Don't let your money lose in this price.

It's better sell it as the overall market is slow down. The foreign investor had retreat their funds from KLSE.

But in the yearly financial report shown profit every year, so they should pay dividend. it's a investment rules. If they unable to pay dividend then must give a reason or KLSE should check this counter for accuracy of the yearly financial report.

Just back to common, as investor we are more concerned on price and dividend paid.

The share price should be stable (not fluctuate more than 20%) and the dividend paid should be at least more than banking interest rate.

Definitely! There is too much Volume in the market already, do you think how much money for the management to buy it back?? Then when it reach such price some investor will sell it. If the Yearly Financial Report shown profit each year, then this company should give dividend. The dividend should higher than Bank Interest rate.
