From 3QR 2022, it's clear that the company had disposed a subsidiary (Shenzhen Kanger - related to bamboo businesses in PRC) with gain RM54.641mil but the related expenses included fair value loss on investment properties amounted (RM77.367 mil) and impairment loss on trade and other receivables amounted (RM56.180 mil) dragged the P@L to a heavy losses.

In accounting, the bad debts which was written off and charged before can be reversed to be the bad debt written back if the related debtor paid back the debt or there is a clear evidence that the said written off debt can be collected in the future.

On the issue whether the said debt has been collected or still not yet collected, we may see it in the the later QRs after the QR2 2021 reports (if any...)

BOG is currently conducting mining works at a mining lease measuring 187 hectares (462.08 acres) and the new mining lease will add another 175.04 hectares (432.53 acres) for the company’s gold mining operations.

The New Mining Lease of 175.04 hectares (432.53 acres) is adjacent to BOG’s Existing ML area of 187 hectares (462.08 acres) BOG will have a total mining area of 362.04 hectares (894.53 acres) at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang.

BOG has also recently acquired an interest in a company known as Ratna Pura Sdn Bhd which owns a mining lease measuring 194.14 hectares (479.73 acres) also located at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang.

Currently, KLCI is in bullish mode & most of investors are looking for good FA company for their better returns. Furthermore, most of good FA company also had good business and done better in Q4Y21 (some of them declared good dividen to attract their investors).

That is why I'm not so confident the price can move upwards in this time and will keep dropping (QR -ve) and probably sideway (QR +ve). Really hard for this company to attract good investors especially when price keep dropping after share consolidation & the drop is huge about 40%++ in just 2 weeks.

This company also had bad reputation is social media. You can see in this forum also, most of them talk negatively for this company. It's alright probably it is syndicate to drag the price further. But you can see this negative talk even worse word they use in other forums like KLSE screener and layman forum like FB sinar harian online, FB berita harian online , FB nst online etc

I'm sorry, I just tell my opinion as layman investor and I also don't have so much knowledge & experience in trading & investment. I could be wrong because I can't predict the market in the future & limited knowledge
In my concern, instead of knowing the good things/return from this company, the new investors also should know the bad things/ risks if they want to invest in this company so that they can judge then make their decision wisely especially for newbies.

BC Medicare Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of BCM, had on 23 December 2021 entered into a Manufacturing Agreement (“the Agreement”) with rLoop Limited (“rLoop”), a Hong Kong corporation have received a letter of offer from Euro-China Technology Achievement Transformation (Tianjin) Co Ltd. (“EC Tech”), a company incorporated in China to purchase 100,000 units of virus attenuation devices with a total sale of US$200 million (RM845 million), to manufacture, test, configure, assemble, package and/or ship the virus attenuation devices using photon mediated electrons and emitters under rLoop’s own brand name of “rGuard-rLoop Virus Attenuation Device” (“Product”). A separate Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) manufacturing agreement between rLoop and BCM is underway. BCM will also be responsible for providing training to EC Tech on the functions and operations of the Products.

The Products can disable the coronavirus in enclosed spaces with up to 99.9% efficacy, enabling users to get back to normal and serve the people in a safe environment.

The Agreement enables the Company to penetrate into virus attenuation devices business that might yield attractive return to the Group. The prospects in respect of the proposed engagement shall deem to be strong and convincible with exponentially growth of the demand reckons amidst the expectation of herd immunity post inoculation program across the world.

For the cumulative twelve (12) months of the year ended 31 December 2021, the Group’s revenue had increased by RM7.13 million or 10.47% to RM75.26 million as compared to RM68.13 million in the corresponding cumulated quarter ended 31 December 2020. As disclosed in Note A7, the higher revenue was mainly due to the increase in revenue contribution from healthcare products business segment, health food and beverage business segment and laundry services business segment.

The healthcare products business segment recorded a sharp rise in revenue by RM14.64 million or 119.70% to RM26.87 million in the current cumulative quarter ended 31 December 2021, compared to RM12.23 million in the corresponding cumulative quarter ended 31 December 2020. The increase in revenue was mainly due to new sales generated from virus attenuation devices and higher demand for other healthcare products as consumers became more health-conscious under the COVID-19 climate.

The Group’s new health food and beverage business segment also contributed RM3.26 million revenue in the current cumulative quarter ended 31 December 2021, indicates good demand from customers for consumption of our products.

The Group’s laundry services business segment contributed RM0.74 million revenue in the current cumulative quarter, an increase of 4.79% or RM0.03 million compared to RM0.71 million in the corresponding cumulative quarter ended 31 December 2020. .....By scenery: Con liar stockraider aka whistlebower99 aka thehoff spamming all penny stocks here n in FB GorengGroupFB. He non stop since early 2021 days n nights, working very hard for syndicates to collect at low n causes all penny stock lost above 5,000% - 10,000%

He use company PP to spam down price even after those have alredi consolidated n RI, until they fall below consol price. Ridiculously. This conman has caused millions of people losing huge yet he say he help newbies.

Those ppl lost until bankrupt, don't commit suicide go 2 find him out n ask him 2 compensate your losses.

@Amzar007.....This company also had bad reputation is social media. You can see in this forum also, most of them talk negatively for this company. It's alright probably it is syndicate to drag the price further.

I believed that this counter is one of the counter which has been targeted by the spammer speculative syndicate.... That's why I had aggresively triedt to defend this counter while I'm still holding the shares..

@Amzar007. One of the reason why the investors have no trust on the company, think caused by the results for last quarters always negative. I think if the QR turned positive, it may give some hopes for the company.
The price may or may not be appreciated instantly if the company recorded positive QR. But I think it can helps the long term investors to keep holding the shares... TAYOR
