Based on latest QR, no revenue recorded from business in PRC and no more notes about bamboo business in the company "Main strategies to grow the Group’s businesses". Therefore, I think we can conclude that Kanger already disposed all the bamboo related in the PRC.

I think the prospect for turnround to be realised in the near future will be influenced by:
1. Whether all the of expenses related to the disposal of bamboo business has been accounted for in a number of quarterly reports include the last QR. If yes, the in coming quarterly reports maybe will not be burdened by high other operating expenses which makes the P&L records a huge losses.

2. The revenue from contruction business grows tremendously. Its order book contract reported almost one RM1 billion. The challenge for the company is whether it can makes profit from the increasing revenue from construction segment ???

3. Be noted that the properties segment (example Genting Appartments) revenue will not be reported in the company QR until the development of the bought properties completed.

@Patience99. Another issue is, what happened to the two assets supposed to be disposed? I can not trace any sign of it in their last two quarterly reports.
Also, why a big amount of loss due to impairment loss on trade and other receivables amounting to RM31.1 million......

I am very frustrated at their latest QR. Never expect the impairement losses on several items kept incurred in this QR.... Most of the expenses still related to its disposed bamboo businesses and the disposal of its subsidiary in PRC.

3QR 2022 Loss @31.3 million and as I said, the NTA after consolidation should be higher. If not caused by another QR losses, the NTA shoulde be around 57 sen, but the 3QR 2022 NTA reported @ 50 sen.

Disposal of BSL resulted loss was at $5.51M while the total realized loss was at $17M+. From the cash flow statement, there are $1.331M unrealized loss from quoted investments, will this loss continue to grow.........

We can see from the cash flow statement:

From the notes, stated that the loss on disposal of quoted investment was RM14.99 million.

Remarks: Therefore, because of its latest 1QR 2022 which ended on 31 March 2022, therefore all the losses from the disposal of the quoted BSL shares has been accounted for in the 1QR 2022 accounts. No more losses related to the BSL shares innvestment in the next quarterly report.....

Agree. If @ 30-Jun-2022, the quoted price of Verde is lower than the quoted price of Verde @ the last 31-Mar-2022, there would be a fair value loss on Verde investment.

1. Mr Kuan Choon Chin (based on 07/03/2022) 74,051,317 unit of shares (12.385%)
2. Mr Sii Tung Nai (based on 12/11/2021) 505,839,038 / 10 (10:1 conso) = 50,583,903 unit of shares (8.46%)

3. Miss Chai Woon Yun (based on 03/03/2022) 33,450,000 - 3,575,400 = 29,874,600 unit of shares (below than 5% means no more a substantial shareholder). Therefore, if she disposes the shares after 03/03/2022, she no need to announce it at BURSA. Miss Chai share holding can not be traced by me anymore.... He He

THE ADDITIONAL GOLD MINING LEASE ACQUIRED BY BORNOIL

On 7 th May 2021 Bornoil (BOG) entered into a new mining area following the approval of a New Mining Lease pursuant to the Exclusive Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) signed on the 11 March 2015 with HDL Global Sdn Bhd. The said new mining lease was part of the mining area measuring approximately 1,200 hectares (3,000 acres) at an area known as Blok A,SKC(H), 1/2001, Hutan Simpan Bukit Ibam Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang, contracted to HDL by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang on 21st May 2010.

BOG is currently conducting mining works at a mining lease measuring 187 hectares (462.08 acres) and the new mining lease will add another 175.04 hectares (432.53 acres) for the company’s gold mining operations.



BENEFITS OF THE NEW GOLD MINING LEASE TO BORNOIL

The New Mining Lease of 175.04 hectares (432.53 acres) is adjacent to BOG’s Existing ML area of 187 hectares (462.08 acres) BOG will have a total mining area of 362.04 hectares (894.53 acres) at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang.

BOG has also recently acquired an interest in a company known as Ratna Pura Sdn Bhd which owns a mining lease measuring 194.14 hectares (479.73 acres) also located at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang.

With this New Mining Lease, BOG will operate a combined mining area of 556.18 hectares (1,374.26 acres) at Mukim Keratong, Daerah Rompin, Pahang and at the same time continue exploratory works on the remaining 837.96 hectares (2,070.64 acres) of the Mining Area pursuant to the EPSA.

BOG is able to leverage its expertise on the Mining Area with its present domain knowledge of Mukim Keratong and will also save on the deployment of equipment and machineries to the adjacent New Mining Lease for Mining Works.
